Classification, working principle and maintenance of automobile power steering system

    Two กข electronic hydraulic power steering system

    1, main components: oil tank, power steering control unit, electric pumps, steering machines, power steering sensors, etc., in which the power steering control unit and the electric pump is a whole structure.

    2 กข working principle: the electronic hydraulic power steering system overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional hydraulic power steering system.     Three, electric power steering system (EPS)

    1, the English full name is Electronic Power Steering, referred to as EPS, it uses the power generated by the motor to help the driver for power steering. The composition of the EPS, different cars, although the structural components are different, but generally similar. The utility model is composed of a torque (steering) sensor, an electronic control unit, an electric motor, a speed reducer, a mechanical steering gear, and a livestock battery power supply.

    2, the main working principle: car steering, torque (turning) sensor will "feel" to the steering wheel torque and quasi rotation direction, these signals through the data bus to the electronic control unit, control unit according to the driving torque, intends to transfer the direction of the data signal, send out instruction to the motor controller. Thus the motor will rotate according to the torque output need corresponding size specific, resulting in power steering. If you do not turn, the system does not work and is in the standby (sleep) state and waits for the call. Because of the working characteristics of the electric power steering, you will feel like driving such a car, a better sense of direction, more stable at high speed, as the saying goes, the direction is not waving. And because it doesn't work without turning, it also saves energy to some extent. General luxury cars use this kind of power steering system more.

    Four, how to maintain the power steering system?

    1, mechanical, hydraulic, regular inspection must pay more attention to the storage tank in the booster oil can not be missing, in addition, as far as possible not to kill, bending time is too long.
